About Me

My name is Mak and I have over 10 years of design experience and believe I am a "Mak of all trades." I specialize in designing every stage of the user journey, from marketing and acquisition to purchase and returning customer. My broad experience across both design and business give me a unique perspective that not every designer has. This experience allows me to think strategically across the full customer and company experience.
